Barn Door Brochure

Rocking Horse Farm's Farmstead Office Park had unique office space for lease that needed a marketing brochure that showcased it as such. The main office is designed to look like a red barn. Playing off this motif, I came up with the concept of a brochure with flaps that opened up like doors. This brochure was mailed in a clear envelope to grab the viewer's attention when they received it.

Inside revealed the unique community the office park resides in with additional amenities. On the right hand side there was a pocket to include separate brochures pertaining to each Farmstead Office Park's office buildings for lease with more information. This allowed the flexibility to continue utilizing the "barn door" brochure even when some of the spaces were taken.
