Fortune Cookies

This project was a self promotion piece designed for The Promersberger Company's (PCO) clients as a "thank you" for continuing to do business them. Instead of sending a typical Christmas card when most companies are receiving an abundance of mail, PCO wanted to stand out by waiting for New Years.

Not only were the fortune cookie colors custom chosen to represent PCO's brand, but so were the fortunes themselves inside! There were 15 creatively written fortunes dispersed in the tasty fortune cookies. Some of the fortunes read:

• "This fortune will not be worth the crumbs all over your desk."

• "Your year will be prosperous with Promersberger. 110%* guaranteed! (*estimate)"

• "You will have a conference call without any technical difficulties. Yes ... just one."

An additional personalized touch included handwritten signatures from the PCO team on the inside box graphics.

This promotion was so well received, PCO redesigned the packaging and fortunes to be utilized as a "door opener" for client prospects. The inside graphics then showcased their client work and a small card placed in the cookie tin with a business card.
