Plat Maps

If you've ever had to study an official plat map, you know they're a bore. This decorative version of Rocking Horse Farm's plat map was illustrated in photoshop with many textured layers to bring the map of the development to life. This document has many organized labeled layers so when it's time to update the "future" areas of the development, it's easy to do so.

This map was so well done, another developer asked for illustrated plat maps to be designed for some of their development projects, including Oakridge Office Condos, 40th Ave Office Condos, and 44th St Office Condos. Each of the office buildings they plan to construct are labeled by number for prospective commercial businesses to identify which building they may be interested in leasing.
