Pop-up House Brochure

This marketing tool was one of the most memorable mailers I created for Rocking Horse Farm. The development had placed new residential lots called "The Cottages" and wanted a creative way to get the word out. This unique brochure is mailed flat in an envelope, but as you pull it out,  a hidden rubberband in the inside "pops" the brochure into the shape of a house!

This brochure was designed to look like a real house with windows, doors and shingles. To feature the snow removal and lawn care services, I added a handyman mowing the grass along the side of the house. If you look closely, you can see the grass in front of him is long but behind him is cut clean. Small details such as this is what really brought this brochure to life. Inside the roof flap illustrated a plat map to show what the cottage lots looked like and which ones were already sold.

We were told by some recipients of this mailing that they keep it on their desk because it was so memorable.
