"10 KEY Reasons to Build in Rocking Horse Farm"

Rocking Horse Farm (RHF) wanted to send out a mailing to remind builders what makes the development unique. After focusing on the idea of creating "10 Reasons" why RHF is the place to build, I came up with the idea of utilizing a stylized key shaped like a house. The key not only acted as the anchor for the brochure to hold together, but also as a souvenir that could be cut and used for their home!

Bigger isn't always better. This pocket sized mailing was sent out in small bubble lined envelopes. In fact, some of the recipient builders said they actually used the key as a gift for their homebuyer!
