Lot Availability Tool

When I redesigned Rocking Horse Farm's website to a mobile friendly version of Squarespace, it was important to also create a user friendly version of their lot availability. This was the biggest change when updating the website. On the old website, the user had to download a PDF to print which constantly needed updating. After intense research, I discovered we could utilize Google Maps as a tool to showcase the lot availability in an interactive way.

This new tool allows the user to click on a lot they are interested in, with a side menu that pops up detailing the address, price, lot square footage, and realtor contact info. Sold lots (red) when clicked show a photo of the home that resides on it. This tool allows the developer to update the map when a lot is sold in less than a minute. I was also able to add "bubbles" to showcase amenities around the development including the golf course and recreation trails.
